PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leaking of a medium supplied from a nozzle, to raise the internal pressure between metal plates, and to generate a large deformation in the laminated plates. SOLUTION: The hydroforming method has (1) a process for facing a nozzle 30, which supplies a medium for applying the internal pressure, toward a medium supplying space 14 formed between metal plates 11, 12 positioning at the outside of recessed parts 23, 24 for forming by passing through the other side of the metal plate 12, (2) a process of leaving a non-constrained part 41 passing through the medium supplying space on one part of metal plates which laminates around the medium supplying space, and die clamping for constraining the other part, and (3) a process of forming a gate part 51 which becomes a medium injection passage from the non-constrained part between the metal plates positioning at the recessed part, by the pressure of the medium supplied from the nozzle.
