PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling production of semi-solidified metal with which good quality of the semi-solidified metal can be obtained from the start of operation of an apparatus, when the semi-solidified metal is automatically and continuously produced, matching to a casting cycle by cooling and heating in order on a plurality of working stations a plurality of holding vessels applied in order on a rotary table. SOLUTION: Rated to non-stationary state from the start of producing operation of the semi-solidified metal to the stationary state of the continuous production, to a cooling condition of the plurality of the cooling processing stations C to G and a heating condition of the heating processing state H, a plurality of producing control value patterns in shifting steps 1 to 5, are input and set. When the producing operation of the semi-solidified metal is started, each producing control value pattern is read out in order, and the cooling process and the heating process are controlled in order according to the producing control value corresponding to each processing station, at where each holding vessel shifts.
