PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane module which can easily and surely attach membrane tubes to a bundling plate. SOLUTION: A membrane element 3 made by bundling and fixing a plurality of the membrane tubes 9 with the disc-shaped bundling plate 10 is installed in a casing. One gasket 13 for sealing between the bundling plate 10 and a casing side flange and the other gasket 15 for sealing between the bundling plate 10 and a cap side flange are bonded to the front and back surfaces 10a, 10b of the bundling plate 10. One recessed part formed by the inner peripheral surface of one gasket 13 and the front surface 10a of the bundling plate 10 and the other recessed part formed by the inner peripheral surface of the other gasket 15 and the back surface 10b of the bundling plate 10 are filled with an adhesive 17 to bond the respective membrane tubes 9 to the bundling plate 10.
