PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affected part guard which is applicable to persons having different body types. SOLUTION: This affected part guard 10 is constituted as follows. A first divided body 23 of a left band part 21 and a first divided body 33 of a right band part 31 are hung down. While placing a gauze pad 17 with absorbent cotton on a part facing the anus, one end 25b of a second divided body 25 and one end 35b of a second divided body 35 are pulled and put onto the belly side by way of a crotch. The loop surface 26 of the second divided body 25 in the left band part 21 is superimposed on the hook surface 24 of the first divided body 23 at the belly side so as to engage them together. Then the loop surface 36 of the second divided body 35 in the right band part 31 is superimposed on the hook surface 34 of the first divided body 33 so as to engage them together. Since each loop surface and each hook surface have a length of 10 to 20 cm in their longitudinal direction, the persons having different belly sizes can wear the guard within a range corresponding to the length.
