PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocell ion toothbrush having a character diagram and electronic light emission display device for efficiently improving a tooth and oral cavity sanitation state while decomposing a causal bacteria of plaque decomposition in an oral cavity, neutralization of an organic acid, dental caries and alveolar pyorrhea by promoting oxidation-reduction reaction of a hydrogen ion by efficiently promoting the polarization action by photocell electrochemical reaction. SOLUTION: A photocell 2 is arranged on one end of a handle part 1; an On-Key 3 is arranged on the other one end; simultaneously when arranging the character diagram and electronic light emission display device 4 in another one, electric conductor pairs 12a are integrally arranged with an insulator 11 integrally formed with the handle part in the direction of a toothbrush part 10 from the handle part 1; an electric conductor 12b is arranged on the other one end; and a conductive part is constituted.
