PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pore-opening film which can be produced by using a single drum having a general-purpose pore-opening pattern and has a very excellent touch to the skin while flexibility, liquid permeability, liquid return preventing properties, and hiding properties, all of which are equivalent to those of a conventional film, are held. SOLUTION: A surface material is provided which comprises a pore-opening film having openings for liquid permeation and covering the surface of a liquid absorbent disposed inside an absorbent article. The surface material comprising the pore-opening film comprises 25-95 wt.% polyolefin resin and 75-5 wt.% filler having a mean particle diameter of 0.5-8μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
