PURPOSE: A rubber mat is provided to improve constructability and to prevent the partial subsidence. CONSTITUTION: The rubber mat contains a secondary rubber layer(7) of thick waste tire chips joined to the base of a primary rubber layer(3) of fine waste tire chips, a drainage groove(9) formed on the lower side of the secondary rubber layer(7), a circular coupling projection(11) formed on the side, and a coupling groove(15) formed on the opposite side of the coupling projection.
