METHOD FOR MANAGING GRAPHIC DATA OF HIGH DENSITY OPTICAL DISC

PURPOSE: A method for managing graphic data of a high density optical disc is provided to optimally record/manage the high resolution graphic data matched with a main video and the navigation information in a file structure of the high density optical disc such as BD-ROM(Blu-ray Disc ROM). CONSTITUTION: A plurality of graphic images matched with one main video image of the high density optical disc is independently recorded regardless of the main video image. The navigation information for overlapping/displaying the main video image and the graphic images is recorded/managed by linking with the graphic image. The graphic image and the navigation information are recorded/managed individually or by each group according to the main video image.
