<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snack cake-swelling apparatus and a snack cake-swelling system, capable of efficiently producing a swelled snack cake meeting the needs of customers at constant quality. <P>SOLUTION: A pellet W is swollen by constituting a movable mold 119 constituting a heat press means 1 so as to be moved downward and horizontally to the direction orthogonal to the reciprocally moving direction of the movable mold 119, moving the movable mold 119 upward and downward by a plate cam means 2 having a desired cam curbed face, putting the pellet W placed in the movable mold 119 in a high-temperature state, into a high-temperature and high-pressure state formed by a fixed mold 110 in the high-temperature state and the movable mold 119, and instantly changing the temperature and the pressure to a normal-temperature and normal-pressure state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
