<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device capable of setting/changing a frequency and an amplitude in high frequency superimposition from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: Noise caused by return light of a semiconductor laser can be reduced by writing the setting/changing of the amplitude and frequency of a superimposed wave from an external input device.
