<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which performs abnormal temperature detection corresponding to an operation condition of a system. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device which develops an image on the basis of image data and transfers the image to a recording paper is provided with an abnormality monitor part 4 for detecting at least one of a temperature and a voltage in the image forming device, a determination means for determines thresholds of abnormal temperature and abnormal voltages for each process of image formation, and a setting means for discriminating a process being operated at present and setting data to the abnormality monitor means so as to perform detection based on the thresholds for the process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
