PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell of liquid fuel supply type in which sufficient oxygen can be supplied to an oxidizer electrode with simple configurations.

SOLUTION: This is the fuel cell 100 that includes an electrode-electrolyte junction 101 which pinches a solid polymer electrolyte membrane 114 by a fuel electrode 102 and the oxidizer electrode 108. A separation membrane 330 made of a material having an oxygen/nitrogen separation factor of more than one is pasted to the surface of an oxidizer electrode side current collector 110 constituting the oxidizer electrode 108.
