<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection nozzle which can be simply mounted on a neck of a chemical bottle, can quickly transfer a chemical into a container of an anesthetic machine, and can be capped with a protective cap even if the chemical remains in the chemical bottle after use. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical injection nozzle has a vertical notch provided to extend from the leading edge of the nozzle toward its foot, and is integrated by fitting a tubular cap to join with the neck of the chemical bottle with the injection nozzle. A protrusion to prevent separation after assembly is provided on the side of the injection nozzle on the fitted part. Several seal rings are further fitted over the lower end of the nozzle. The neck of the chemical bottle and a plate packing form a double seal for the nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
