<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an anisotropic injection molding magnet, not only excellent in magnetic characteristics by improving the orientation of a magnet but also capable of reducing varieties in the characteristics, and an injection molding magnet obtained thereby. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the anisotropic injection molding magnet wherein a magnetic compound, containing a magnet powder and a resin binder, is molten and injected into the cavity of an injection molding mold applied with a magnetic field for orientation, the magnetic compound is injected under the condition that the injection rate of the molten magnetic compound per one cavity is not less than 15 cm<SP>3</SP>/s and the rise-up time of the injection rate is not more than 0.01 sec. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
