<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of evaluating an environmental load by job efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: An environmental load evaluation server 2 is connected to an environmental load calculation database DB3 including environmental load calculation information 30, a managed person DB4, an achievement DB5 including achievements information 50, and an evaluation DB6 including a counter-job environmental information target 62 and job target information 61 and is equipped with a environmental load amount calculating means 20 according to job, a counter-job environmental evaluating means 27, and a job evaluating means 28. The information 30 includes resource information 31 regarding resources R<SB>A</SB>R<SB>B</SB>,...in a facility and environmental load information 32. The information 50 includes job information 51, process information 52 on each job and job achievement information 53 regarding each managed person. The means 20 refers to the achievement DB5, allocates the environmental load amount to the job for a specified period of time for every managed person, and calculates the amount of environmental load for each job.
