The state information 13 shows at least a position on a map and the operating state of the serviceman at present onward. Priority is given based on the skill and experience of the servicemen, and a list of servicemen is prepared in the order of priority. Further, the serviceman who can be assigned to a new request of repair is searched based on the state information of the servicemen.
