<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part supply device in an electronic part mounting device capable of effectively preventing an electronic part from jumping out from the groove of a tray when a palette is introduced to a pickup position. <P>SOLUTION: The part supply device in the electronic part mounting device comprising a pallet accommodating means 21 for accommodating the pallet P mounting a plurality of electronic parts via the tray T and a pallet introducing means 22 which moves forward to lock with and stop the pallet P in the pallet accommodating means 21 and which moves backward to pull out the pallet P from the pallet accommodating means 21 to the pickup position of the electronic parts, wherein the pallet introducing means 22 has a locking arm 51 configured so as to be capable of freely locking with and unlocking from the pallet P, arm operating mechanisms 43, 44 and 65 for making the locking arm 51 lock with and unlock from the pallet P, and a control means 23 for reducing the speed of the locking operation of the locking arm 51 immediately before locking by controlling the arm operating mechanisms 43, 44 and 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
