<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered circuit board with antenna and an antenna structure using the same which can be formed integrally with a board to mount and improve the antenna gain. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered circuit board which has a plurality of conductor patterns 22 laminated via an insulating base board 23 consisting of a thermoplastic resin and has an antenna having a different number of laminated layers of the conductor patterns 22 in a board area is provided with a mother board part MB and an antenna part AP extended from the mother board part MB and having a bending part.
