<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize line data transmitting band resources provided in a communication apparatus for transmitting control information to be communicated between processors, thereby increasing the transmission speed of communications between the processors. <P>SOLUTION: The interprocessor communication system functions, when a plurality of processor means provided in a relay apparatus having a main purpose for relaying transmission data inputted to or outputted from an external transmission line through a specified line dealing means transfer specified control data for processing the transmission data. Each processor means comprises an additional processor and a main processor. The line dealing means contains an internal transmission line setting unit for setting a specified internal transmission line between related processor means, and transmits the control data over the internal transmission line to relay the transmission data, thereby utilizing data transmitting internal band resources for transmitting the control data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
