<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the difficulty of displaying a stay data due to the restriction of a screen of a portable information terminal, when the stay data of a person to be watched is displayed on the portable information terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor, which is arranged in the house of a person to be watched, detects whether the person to be watched is staying at home. A main staying place of the person to be watched for each prescribed time zone is determined, based on stay data outputted from the sensor.
