PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of OFDM demodulating means to reduce the cost and facilitate synchronizing base band signals in a time domain in the OFDM demodulating means. SOLUTION: The receiver comprises four or more antennas 11, 21, 51, 61 for receiving OFDM-modulated high frequency signals, and a plurality of OFDM demodulating means 35, 75 for receiving base band signals in a time domain based on the high frequency signals to output base band signals in a frequency domain. Each OFDM demodulating means 35, 75 is provided every a plurality of antenna groups 1, 5, each composed of two or more antennas. A first phase shifter diversity-combines signals until the base band signal in the time domain is inputted to each OFDM demodulating means 35, 75, and a second phase shifter diversity-combines the base band signals in the frequency domain.
