PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a close contact electrification system electrifying member capable of improving the joint strength of a conductive supporting body and resin, and to provide a method for manufacturing the electrifying member. SOLUTION: The electrifying member (electrifying roller 102) is constituted by coating the roughened conductive supporting body 201 with a resin layer 202 obtained by injection-molding semiconductive resin.
