PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a foreign matter and dust or the like infiltrating into a reader body from the reader body. SOLUTION: A cover member 80 whose one end 78 can rock with a pair of pins pivotally attached to the other end 74 on an opposite side as a fulcrum is provided on the base part 72 of the reader body 12 so as to remove the foreign matter or the like infiltrating into the main body 12 through the cover member 80 opened between an installation surface and the base part 72 of the reader body 12.
