PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface thermometer probe capable of correctly measuring a surface temperature and having a waterproof property without causing a problem such as contamination or breakage of the thermometer even if it is brought into direct contact with a temperature measurement object. SOLUTION: A protective film 8 is stuck, by facing it to a surface of a heat collection plate 3, to the tip of a protective tube 6 covering a temperature sensing part 5 located at the tip of the surface thermometer probe and formed of a thermocouple wire 2, and fixed by catching it with a support tube 10.
