PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor operated valve capable of precluding out of accuracy in molding generated when a rotor is molded and lacking in the strength of the rotor. SOLUTION: The motor operated valve is equipped with a valve body 20 to adjust the rate of passing flow using its valve element 23 which is contacted with and separated from a valve seat 22 in a valve chest 21 by a valve stem 24, a can 40 fitted internally with a rotor 30' fixed to the valve body to contact and separate the valve element to/from the valve seat, and a stator 50 fitted on the can and rotating the rotor. A driving mechanism to contact and separate the element to/from the valve seat is composed of a guide bushing 26 fixed upon being extended from the body in the rotor direction and furnished with a stationary screw part and a valve stem holder 32 supporting the rotor and having a moving screw part 31 to be engaged with the stationary screw part 25 of the guide bushing. The rotor 30' is furnished on its inside surface with three ribs 30'a parallel with the axis of the rotor, wherein the ribs are positioned approximately in the middle of the gate G position for molding the rotor.
