PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet composed of a transparent and flexible polyester satisfying transparency, flexibility, a handling property and a curved surface-following property enabling to apply on a curved surface or the like. SOLUTION: The flexible pressure sensitive adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer on at least one side of a base material sheet composed of a flexible polyester and the polyester comprises a copolyester as a main component. In an unstretched sheet obtained by carrying out melt molding of the polyester, the elastic modulus of the sheet is≤1,500 MPa and the crystallization index Xc measured by a wide angle X-ray is≥5% and the haze (expressed in terms of 100μm ) of the sheet is≤15%.
