CARIES RISK INSPECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a caries risk accurately in a short time from the difference of an antibody titer of secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) included in human saliva against an antigen, by using as the antigen a synthetic protein having a specific amino acid sequence. SOLUTION: The human caries risk is inspected by measuring the antibody titer of the secretory immunoglobulin A in the human saliva against the antigen by using as the antigen the synthetic protein having the amino acid sequence composed of the following formula (1).
