PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving circuit and a liquid crystal display device by which the improvement of display quality and the stabilization of operation are realized with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal driving circuit, which fetches image data inputted in series in synchronization with a clock pulse and outputs in parallel display output signals formed based on the image data serially fetched according to a display timing signal, is provided with an output circuit and an output terminal in addition to an input terminal in advance, and a plurality of the liquid crystal driving circuits is connected in a serial mode, and a display output signal of each liquid crystal driving circuit is dispersively timed by using the internal wiring and the output circuit in the liquid crystal driving circuit as a delay means.
