PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone which enables a user to easily take a photographing posture and is folded into a compact size . SOLUTION: On inner lateral sides 101 and 202 of a first casing 100 and a second casing 200 which are concealed in a folded state, an operation part 205 composed of a ten key 203 and a function key 204 and a main display part 102 are separately located and on outer lateral sides 103 and 206 facing the inner lateral sides 101 and 202, a sub display part 201 and a camera part 104 are separately provided. On an outer lateral side which is exposed in the folded state, a photographing switch 107 and a changeover switch 208 for switching a speaking state and a camera photographing state are provided, and the sub display part 201 displays a state indication during a call in the speaking state and displays an image photographed by the camera part 104 in the camera photographing state.
