摘要 To produce a vehicle bodywork component, with at least two different paints, a zone of the surface of the first section is painted with an initial paint based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and a second section is bonded to it to form the component. A corrosion protection layer is applied to a zone of the component which includes at least a part of the second section surface. The component is fired at a temperature which fires the protective layer and where the first paint has temperature stability. The fired protective layer is covered by a second paint. To produce a vehicle bodywork component with at least two different paints, a protective film is used after coating with the first paint and before applying the corrosion protection layer. The film is of a thermoplastic material and especially polyethylene. The protective film is trimmed away from the bonding point before the second section is attached. The corrosion protection layer is removed by mechanical cleaning, at least at one surface zone of the first section before firing. At least a part of the surface of the first section with the first paint is covered before the second paint is applied. The paint at the first section is removed at least at the bonding point, before the second section is mounted. The temperature to fire the corrosion protection layer is at a minimum level of 190 deg C and/or a maximum of 220 deg C. The first paint has a degree of gloss of 5-60 and especially 10. The first section is given a surface treatment with epoxy primers before the first paint is applied. The first paint is fired at 200-350 deg C before the second section is bonded to it, and especially at a firing temperature of 300 deg C. The first section is shaped before the second section is attached by cutting its from a strip of bodywork material or by bending, where the first paint has sufficient flexibility to take the bending stresses. The second section is bonded to the first by a mechanical and/or thermal joint and especially by melt welding. The zones to be covered by a corrosion protection layer are phosphated in advance. The corrosion protection layer is applied by a cataphoresis paint dipping process. The first and/or second component sections are each composed of at least two separate bodywork sections.
