A process for producing a multi-layered coextrusion comprises simultaneously coextruding an outer carrier material (1) as well as further surface layers, and an inner material that consists of two segmented halves. The halves consists of an adhesive layer (2) and a layer with release characteristics with respect to the adhesive. The coextruded tube formed is flattened so the adhesive layer and the release layer (3) form a laminate. The release layer consists of a silicone polymer, a silicone block copolymer or a silicone plugging polymer.
