PURPOSE: A device for drying heat insulating materials is provided to quickly perform a drying process after chemical-treating a great quantity of heat insulating materials and accordingly to reduce the number of operators and mass-produce by forcibly drying the heat insulating materials by automatically supplying the standardized materials, injecting chemicals into and circulating hot wind through the materials with rotating the materials. CONSTITUTION: A device for drying heat insulating materials is composed of a hollow supporting shaft(20) installed in a frame(10); a rotary member(30) rotatively installed to the supporting shaft and formed to receive and discharge a plurality of standardized heat insulating materials; a cylindrical cover member(40) disposed to the upper part of the frame to cover the outside of the rotary member; a driving member for driving the rotary member; and a hot wind generator for supplying hot wind into the rotary member.
