The invention relates to power engineering, in particular to converters of fluid media into mechanical and afterwards electric energy. The inventive power plant can be arranged on the ground, under the ground, in mountainous and desert hard-to-reach areas, on a railway flatcar or a waterborne vehicle, and under water. Said power plant comprises the following main parts: several identical power units provided with several identical power stages which comprise beds (2), bodies (3), lower (5) and upper (6) partitions with orifices, bearing housings, strengthening ribs, turbines (7) which are mounted on axes, gas chambers (19), lids (20) of the gas chambers having axes provided with bearings, built-up pulleys (23), driving belts (24), a fluid working body (10), return valves (15,16 and 17), level meters (12), composite external (58), internal lower (55), middle (59, 56) and top (60, 57) shrink rings, power generators (62) provided with pulleys (64), pipelines (26 and 26a) for supplying and evacuating a gaseous working body provided with bypasses, manometers (28, 38, 44, 53, 76 and 77), fans ( 39-43 and 49-51), blower pumps (35 and 47), counters (52), a compressed-air bottle (30) and an electric battery (34). Said power plant can be provided with several identical flexible dome-shaped gas collectors (65) and pipelines for supplying and evacuating natural gas or hydrogen when it used in the ocean or sea from the bottom of which natural gas or hydrogen is obtained.
