<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper valve which suppresses a driver from feeling so called ON/OFF feeling when a valve member elastically deforms and provides a well steering characteristic, and also to provide a hydraulic power steering device using it. <P>SOLUTION: The valve member 25 for covering a communication passage 23a with a clearance S4 is faced with one end surface of a valve sleeve 23, and a very small quantity of operating oil circulated through the communication passage 23a is always circulated to a first chamber C1 through the clearance S4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
