<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuner which makes tuning easy even in a dark place. <P>SOLUTION: The tuner is equipped with: a meter whose pointer part or scale part is coated with fluorescent paint; and an LED which radiates energy large enough to make the fluorescent substance emit light.
