PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient motor, wherein the thermal conductivity between winding and stator core is enhanced, and the motor output is enhanced and the loss is reduced. SOLUTION: With respect to the stator 1 of a plastic molded motor, an insulator 4 is provided on the inner walls of the slots 3 in the stator core 2. A plurality of narrow slit-like openings 4a are provided in part of the insulators 4, in a direction orthogonal or slanted to the winding 5a. The winding 5a of magnet wires 5 are installed, and then the gap extending from the inner circumferential surface to the outer circumferential surface of the stator core 2 is molded with a high_thermal conductivity resin 6.
