PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet metal fastening construction capable of aligning a pair of sheet metal members only by their fastening parts. SOLUTION: Each of the two sheet metal members 1 and 2 is furnished with a half punched-off part 3 having a circular or a polygonal plan, and a projection 3-1 on one of the half punched-off parts 3 is fitted in a recess 3-2 formed in the other half punched-off part 3, and thereby the two members 1 and 2 are fastened together.
