PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cooling fan for cooling a radiator, an oil cooler, and an after-cooler so as to cope with strong cooling both when the strong cooling is required and not required, and put the cooling fan into a practical use by simplifying the control of the cooling fan. SOLUTION: Temperatures of engine cooling water, hydraulic oil, and engine intake air cooled by the cooling fan are detected. When the detected temperatures are below standard set temperatures, they are controlled so that the rotational speed of the cooling fan becomes a standard rotational speed. When the detected temperatures exceed the standard set temperatures, they are controlled so that the rotational speed of the cooling fan becomes faster than the standard rotational speeds. In addition, when the detected temperatures reach upper limit set temperatures, they are controlled so that the rotational speed of the cooling fan becomes the maximum rotational speed.
