PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing water supply device controlling variations in an opening and closing control time of a valve by a temperature change. SOLUTION: In the flushing water supply device equipped with a spring storing an operation of a user as energy, a cam rotating by the energy stored in the spring, the valve driven by the cam to open and close a supply channel of flushing water and a speed setting means connected to the cam to set the rotational speed of the cam, the speed setting means includes an electron of an electric conductor performing electromagnetic conversion by making relative motion in a magnetic field actuated by a magnet, an output section taking out an electromotive force generated in the electron, a variable resistance means connected to the output section and an NTC type thermistor, and a material lowering a sliding resistance value together with the rise of temperature is used or applied to the sliding section of an energy transfer course driven in the case the energy stored in the spring is released.
