PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device capable of reducing current consumption by blocking a through current during the sleep mode operation of a CPU. SOLUTION: The optical disk device having a logic circuit connected to a CPU to transfer a signal therewith is provided with a pull-up circuit or a pull-down circuit in the line of a signal transferred between the CPU and the logic circuit.
