PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic paper write device, protecting the security of electronic paper and effectively using the paper. SOLUTION: This electronic paper write device includes: a storing part 11 for storing electronic paper 210 to which an image is written by optical writing; an image writing means 12 for writing an image to the electronic paper 210; a loader 13 for transporting the electronic paper 210 from a storing part 11 to the image writing means 12; an ejecting roll 141 for ejecting the electronic paper 210 from the image writing means 12; and a storing roll 142 for storing the electronic paper 210 in the storing part 11.
