摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a base material for an electrophotographic photoreceptor, with which the the base material of sufficient run-out accuracy with respect to the electrophotographic photoreceptor having resolution≥600 dpi can be manufactured even when the base material longer than 320 mm is manufactured, and to provide the base material for the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the electrophotographic photoreceptor using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same, and an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: The base material 11 used for the electrophotographic device 10 having the resolution≥600 dpi comprises an aluminum alloy, and the length L, maximum surface roughness Rmax, and average run-out X of the substrate surface 11 satisfy following three equations; L>320 (mm), Rmax≤1.5μm, and X≤20/Y (mm). When a photosensitive layer 12 is formed on such base material 11, the photoreceptor 13 having the sufficient run-out accuracy can be obtained. Accordingly, the occurrence of the density unevenness in images can be sufficiently prevented by using the photoreceptor 13 in the electrophotographic device 10 having the high resolution≥600 dpi.
