PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a position of an infrared ray sensor in a detection visual field in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A control circuit 22 sequentially moves the detection visual field of the infrared ray sensor 18 to an inspection point by driving a stepping motor 21 and makes an LCD 11 display a detection result of a specific infrared ray detection element at the time when practice of a positional inspection mode is indicated. Reference temperature is generated by a metal plate provided on a heater board of a heater unit in the positional inspection region provided in a food placing region of a heating chamber, and when the detection visibility is moved to each of the inspection points, the specific infrared ray detection element detects temperature of the metal plate.
