PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for simultaneously forming a heating area and a heat reserving area by a single heating means. SOLUTION: A level difference part 41 is partially arranged in a heater 4 existing under a plate 5, and clearance 43 for imparting the heat reserving function is formed between the heater 4 and the plate 5. With this constitution, the plate 5 becomes a high temperature in a part in close vicinity to (or contacting with) the heater 5, and a part having the clearance 43 with the heating means becomes a low temperature since heat is not sufficiently transmitted from the heater 4. Thus, while being the single heater 4, a part of the plate 5 in close vicinity to the heater 4 can be used as the heating area Z1 suitable for heating cooking, and a part of the plate 5 having the clearance 43 with the heater 4 can also be used as the warming area Z2 suitable for warming.
