<p>The invention relates to a downhall (1) comprising a telescopic inner tube (4) and outer tube (5). The invention is characterised in that it comprises an inner body (13) which is housed inside the two tubes and which contains at least one block (11) to which it is attached. According to the invention, when the block is not being subjected to any external stress, the aforementioned inner body is designed to slide in one direction parallel to the axis of the tubes under the force of an actuating element (21), thereby triggering a locking mechanism which is designed to block the two tubes. Moreover, when the block is being subjected to a stress opposite to that exerted by the actuating element, said inner body is designed to slide in the opposite direction, thereby causing the two tubes to separate by releasing the locking mechanism.</p> |
