<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic number selecting system for issuing the unique numbers, which guarantees continuity, even if a lot of time is taken from selection of numbers to registration. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic number selecting system is provided with a number selecting means for storing the last number, which is registered in the data file, to select the number with reference of the final number when a lot of time is taken from selection to the registration of the information to be added to the number, an input means for displaying the selected number and for inputting the information to be added to that number, a printing means for printing the selected number and the information to be added to that number, and a data registering means for registering the input additional information and the selected number in the data file in relation to each other. The printing means and the data registering means carry out the corresponding functions after selecting the number again with the number selecting means when the selected numbers are overlapped with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
