<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing added service on commodity for giving added value on the commodity and achieving an effective sales promotion. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for providing the added service for a purchaser of the commodity by using a server 1 connected via a network 3 to a terminal 2 operated by the purchaser of the commodity to which the contents consisting of identifying information 21 and kind information 22 indicating a kind composing a suite with combination of a prescribed number and composing a role in response to the combination are attached. A user inputs at least one piece of the identifying information 21 from the terminal 2 and the server 1 having received the identifying information 21 specifies the kind information 22 from the input identifying information 21 to display it on the terminal 2. The server 1 generates the kind information 22 on a shortfall, that is a subtraction of the number of the identifying information 21 input by the user from a prescribed number composing the suite. The server 1 decides whether or not the role is realized to the combination of the kind information 21 input by the user and the kind information 22 on the shortfall, accordingly, the added service corresponding to the role is provided to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
