<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat using system of co-generation capable of improving economy and an energy saving property of the co-generation by reducing uncollected heat to waste. <P>SOLUTION: This waste heat using system is furnished with a waste heat collecting line L2 to collect waste heat of a small co-generation source by returning tap water supplied to a hot water storage tank 21 from a water supply line L1 to the hot water storage tank 21 after it passes through a first heat exchanger 11 by a circulation pump P3, a washing water supply line constituted of a hot water supply line L3 to supply the supplied hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 21 to a washing machine 5 and a line L32 for the washing machine, a tap water supply line L11 to connect the washing water supply line and the city water supply line 11 to each other and a three-way valve V1 arranged on a connecting part of the washing water supply line and the city water supply line L11 and to change over the lines.
