PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording body having a recorded image with high reliability for an OHP sheet or the like which requires high picture quality. SOLUTION: The image recording body has a fixed image formed by layering a plurality of toner layers on the surface of a substrate having at least transparency by electrophotographic processes and fixing the plurality of toner layers. Among the melting temperatures of the toners constituting each of the layers of the plurality of toner layers, the melting temperature of the toner constituting at least the outermost surface toner layer is the highest.
