PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal with a camera in which the camera unit can be turned easily, and preferably, axial lines of a display screen and the camera can be easily adjusted to be parallel with each other. SOLUTION: In the portable terminal with a camera in which a camera section 11 is connected to the end of a case 12 of the foldable portable terminal, the camera section is freely rotatably connected to the end of the case around an axis L crossing the joining surfaces of both the sections at right angles, the camera has the same level at a predetermined rotating position as that of the case, and a camera 20 is provided on a surface 19 to be the same level as that of a surface 22 of the case in the camera section.
